These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the WAppGuru platform, operated by Spice Infotech. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of Service
You agree to use WAppGuru only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable regulations. Abuse, spamming, or any malicious activity will result in immediate suspension of service.
2. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Any activity under your account will be assumed to be yours unless otherwise reported.
3. Subscription & Payments
WAppGuru offers monthly and annual subscription plans. All charges made for WAppGuru subscriptions are processed by Spice Infotech, our parent company. Invoices will reflect payments made to Spice Infotech.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a limited refund policy:
Refunds may be granted only if requested within 7 days of initial payment, provided there has been no substantial usage of the platform.
Annual plans may be eligible for a 50% refund if requested within the first 30 days, subject to usage audit.
No refunds will be issued beyond the above timelines or for renewal payments.

5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to WAppGuru if you breach any of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.
6. Limitation of Liability
WAppGuru (under Spice Infotech) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
